Immerse yourself in a haven of wisdom, where mind, body, and soul converge to harmonise and thrive.
Our retreats begin with our signature welcome to our ‘Deep Connecting Circle,’ a unique and profound welcome that transcends surface-level connections, providing a sanctuary of safety and friendship free from external distractions. The retreats always involve: optional Daily Cold Water Dips in our private loch or river, Sound Healing, Meditations and Energy Medicine. In addition, a tailored selection of other offerings could include: Yoga Nidra, Qi Gong, Emotional Tapestry Creation and Forest bathing.
Our evenings are filled with storytelling, a traditional ceilidh, intention setting, and stargazing around the fire pit (weather permitting), creating memories that linger like celestial constellations.
Nourish your body with wholesome home-cooked vegetarian prepared meals and snacks that will sustain you throughout your stay. Our retreats are renowned for creating ‘magical’ energy and fostering powerful shifts, as described by one of our previous participants who felt like they were ‘floating on cloud nine’ upon her return.

Location:
Cray House & Estate, Cray, Glenshee, Blairgowrie PH10 7LP. Car parking is included for the duration of your stay. If anyone wishes to come by train or bus, then please get in touch and we can help coordinate travel.
Accommodation:
Set in idyllic highland Perthshire, Cray House was built in Georgian times as a stately shooting lodge. It retains many of its original features, with spacious reception rooms and open log fires. Recent refurbishments mean you can also enjoy a modern, spacious kitchen with Aga and stylish bathrooms throughout.
Twenty acres of private grounds provide large open lawns, including a putting area, a children’s play park, and your very own trout loch with rowing boat.
Cray’s location on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park makes it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding mountains. Just moments from the estate, Mount Blair and the Angus Glens offer spectacular scenery without having to venture far.

2 nights’ accommodation in well-appointed rooms of your choice
Breakfast, lunch, herbal teas, snacks, and a three-course dinner
All activities and special sessions run by the Wisdom Witches, including Qigong, Music Medicine, Cold Water Dipping, Meditations, Energy Medicine, and others at no extra cost
